If you needed an excuse to wander down to Henley Beach this month, here it is.


There’s a brand new gallery in town and it’s not just any gallery — it’s Creative Soul Studios, the heart-and-soul baby of Creative Soul Prints and Up In Frames in Henley Beach… And I might be biased but I am so excited!


This isn’t one of those intimidating, whisper-when-you-walk-in galleries. This is warm. It’s welcoming. It’s full of colour and in the month of April, MY paintings (Hayley Pearson Art) are splashed all over its walls.

My pieces are bold, colourful and full of that coastal, chaotic, joy-filled energy. As an Adelaide artist, I like to put a piece of South Australia in every piece. 

So if you’re anywhere near Henley this month, pop in. Wander. Take your time. Chat to the artists. Feel inspired.

And maybe (no pressure… but also a little pressure) take a piece home with you.

Your fave pieces, just a little more accessible! All my prints are made to order by a local Adelaide framer.

Canvas prints come in various sizes and style options: rolled canvas, stretched canvas or beautifully framed in either Oak, White or Black.

For international orders, rolled is kindly recommended.

Paper prints come without frames, and in three size options: A4, A3 and A2.

All original paintings are pick-up only from Unley, South Australia.

I paint on a stretched canvas which comes with a wire on the back ready to hang. Sides are painted so they can be ordered with or without a gorgeous floated frame (Oak, Black or White).

Hi, I'm Hayley

I’m an Adelaide-based artist, mum of two boys, and someone whose brain is always a little bit too busy. I don’t paint things as they look — I paint them as they feel.

A place, a memory, a moment that sticks with you longer than it should.

Most of my pieces are inspired by South Australia… the beaches, the parks, the colours, the chaos of real life.

Some days it’s calm.

Some days it’s a mess.

Most days it’s both.

And somehow… it all ends up on the canvas.

When I'm not covered in paint, I'm also the co-founder of Adelady, HelloSA on Channel Nine, Hay Lozzie Media and one half of the Adelady Unfiltered Podcast.
